It's been a summer of fix-it-up and repair.

Stan is fixing the dry rot on the windows then we'll be having the house painted. We finished the deck and stained it. Stan added a motion detector to the lights on the garage.

We also took a trip to Cape Cod, staying in Chatham where we were able to see the Hyannis Sound perform (see video clip at http://www.coopercerulo.com). Stan and I took a senic luncheon trip on the Cape Cod Central Railroad. It was a bit rocky and rickety but offered an excellent views of rear lots of businesses and residential back yards.

So happy you were able to make that train trip. Doug and I and kids took a similar one on a cog railway in N.H. We saw trees, at a very slow and jerky pace, then train was turned aound (we were able to escape train for a few minutes here) and we went down, seeing more but very similar trees. Good memories, huh?
